Would getting a half sleeve asian style tattoo hurt me in getting hired? i am enrolled in school to become RN?
i have a biomechanical tattoo already on my other shoulder and back, and i am working with an artist from japan on a half sleeve which

I'm guessing that having a tattoo isn't a sack-able offense. So if you just keep it covered during interviews and when working most of the time then you should be fine. However, if you are asked in an interview if you have them you should never lie,

Diane Phillips (nee Baker) has lived in Greystone Heights since the time when it was Saskatoon's newest neighbourhood. She tells Bridges some of her fondest memories of the neighbourhood and why she chose to raise her children here.

Q: How long has your family lived in the neighbourhood?

A: My parents moved to the city from Ontario in 1958 and they rented for awhile to get to know the area. They learned that the city was expanding to the east. Grosvenor Park at that time was the end of the city. The new area being developed east of Preston was called Greystone Heights. They looked into it and chose their lot, which was in the middle of a grain field. At this time they had my sister Brenda who was about one and a half. They moved in November of 1960 when my mom was pregnant with my brother. The reason they moved in was that it was so convenient to the university (where my dad was working) and also there were other young families who were going to be building there and buying the new homes. Friendships were easily made through what any new neighbourhood goes through - children growing up and outdoor landscaping projects. There was going to be a public school built (Greystone Heights) and eventually Eighth Street developed. Little did they know that Eighth Street would also provide a great cruising place for their children! Greystone and Saskatoon in general, my mom said, proved to be a really safe, community-minded area in which to raise a family.
