m looking to get an arm sleeve tattoo. A celtic tattoo just black.. for now. How much do you think it would cost, from a really good artist. Like Kat von D status?
High profile artists cost a lot--usually a base price plus an hourly rate. For an entire sleeve, if you could find an artist who is interested in doing a celtic tatttoo, would be very expensive. I'd guess over a $1000 dollars.
