Would a tattoo artist respond to this type of request?
I have a 6 year old tattoo of a panther on my shoulder. I want to have a tattoo artist do something to it to jazz it up...maybe put some type of design around it. I would have no idea how to go about doing this aside from going to a tattoo artist and
