Daniella Trufant, the youngest artist at the third Annual West Texas Tattoo Convention, specializes in spiders and flying eyeballs.
A hand tat went for $1 and was drawn in blue or black Sharpie, no stencils or needles necessary.
The 10-year-old said she isn't allowed her own tattoo until she's 18, but she already has an artist and image in mind.
"A big rose that has my dad's name on it," she said.
Daniella sat at a table opposite one manned by her father, Alex, and uncle Aubrey Trufant. The brothers, who own Trufant Bros. Tattoo, began hosting the convention to bring top artists across the nation to San Angelo to showcase their designs.
Tattooers come from across the United States, including New York, Chicago and Los Angeles. This year a team traveled from Rome to be a part of the three-day event, which started Friday and concludes today.
About 80 artists filled 45 booths at the McNease Convention Center. Piercing shops, artists and other merchants also manned booths.
