Healthy Cook Along, community food project Blend event providing an opportunity to learn to cook new dishes from around the world and share a meal with others in the community is on a on a Moroccan theme, suitable for everyone, from beginners to experienced cooks, young and old, Sharrow Old Junior School, South View Road, Sharrow, Thursday, February 23, 6pm-8pm (£2 adult, £1 per child, including a two course meal and there is no need to book).
Sheffield Country Market, sells home-baking, preserves and honey, homegrown plants and seasonal produce fresh from the local kitchens and gardens, along with hand crafted cards and gifts, plus cafe serving tea, coffee and scones, Scout HQ, Spooner Road, Broomhill, Saturdays, 9am-noon.
Saturday Baking Club, Blend community food project event to bring people together to bake bread, drink coffee, read the papers and enjoy the start of the weekend, open to experienced bakers, beginners and everyone in between who will be sharing recipes and tips, enjoying freshly baked goodies and taking a loaf home with them, Sharrow Old Junior School, South View Road, Saturday, 9.30am-12.30pm (£2.50 per adult, kids free, no booking required).
